Return & Exchange Policy

At Balomel, your satisfaction matters to us.

  • Eligibility: One-time return or exchange accepted within 7 days from delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Free returns & exchanges – we cover the reverse pickup. If at all reverse pickup is not available, customer has to ship the item upon confirming with Balomel first through Email.
  • Customized, embroidered, or discounted items are not eligible for Exchange/Return or Refunds.
  • Defective/wrong product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

 

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Embroidered Items.
  • Refunds are processed only for:
  • Returned products that pass quality checks.
  • Defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours.
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card/wallet).
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after product inspection/approval.
  • No refunds for used, washed, or damaged items not in original condition.
