Eligibility: One-time return or exchange accepted within 7 days from delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Free returns & exchanges – we cover the reverse pickup. If at all reverse pickup is not available, customer has to ship the item upon confirming with Balomel first through Email.
Customized, embroidered, or discounted items are not eligible for Exchange/Return or Refunds.
Defective/wrong product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Refunds are processed only for:
Returned products that pass quality checks.
Defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours.
Orders cancelled before dispatch.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card/wallet).
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after product inspection/approval.
No refunds for used, washed, or damaged items not in original condition.
