• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across India (Pan-India). There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

• Standard Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Embroidered/Customized Items: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for dispatch, as these items require special handling and customization.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on your location. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
• Other Regions: 7–10 business days
• Remote Areas: Up to 12 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email and/or SMS.
• You can use this link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. If you do not receive a tracking link within 5 business days, please contact us.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

• Courier Delays: Balomel is not liable for courier delays or events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, extreme weather conditions, or natural disasters.
• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
• Lost/Damaged: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at balomelmed@gmail.com so we can coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
